ooking is a way of life and a duty, so as, we prepare our food in a way that we may relish the
         benefit of the mainspring of healthy living.

         Over the years of experience, I gained many aspects of healthy cooking, mostly through family and
         friends.  As a general rule to follow, use only natural ingredients - for example - do not use processed
         vegetables or meat, artificial flavor or color, GMO products, ingredients with preservatives and no
         aluminum utensils (pots and pans, etc.)

         Welcome to some recipes of traditional Pilipino and American origin ; and recipes from other cultures.
