
Refried Beans1½ cup pinto beans, soaked for 4 hous or overnight
3 cloves garlic
½ medium onion, diced
3-4 cups waterIn saucepan combine all ingredients, and cook in low heat until soft.
Mashed with a potato masher. Fry in a skillet with 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
