
Spanish Rice3 Cups Rice
3 Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
1 Medium Onion, Diced
1 Big Can Tomato Sauce (12 Oz. More Or Less)
1 Small Can Tomato Sauce½ Tsp Cumin Powder
½ Tsp Salt
Ground Pepper
4 cups chicken broth
4 tbsp olive oil1. In medium heat fry the garlic until lightly colored, add onions
until translucent. Add rice and stir until turning light brown.2. Add tomato sauce, stirring, add broth, continue stirring, then
sprinkle cumin, salt and pepper, stir to mix. When it start to boil,
cover, lower heat to simmer, until done about 30 minutes or by
testing the rice for softness.
