Lemon Cake
1 box organic vanilla cake mix
Decorate with lemon zest.
VM
Follow procedure in the box
Add ½ cup powdered buttermilk, available in health food grocery store
Pour batter in a bundth pan
Bake for 30 minutes, remove cake from pan immediately to a plate.
Meanwhile, prepare fresh lemon juice from 3 lemons with 3/4 cup sugar
or powdered sugar (this should make 3/4 to one cup of sugared lemon juice).
Stir until dissolved and brush this juice in the warm cake to finish.
